I really enjoy learning different boxing techniques and apply it to the Vo Ball.

I just started boxing a few weeks ago and because of this DVD I’m way more advanced than most . Very detailed in the techniques and it’s awesome! Championship rounds are so challenging but I will get there! My accuracy is improving very quickly!
