I”ve been doing boxing now for 5 years, I like that it allows you to work angles and foot placement in the right position to counter. You have to be alert , it’s like fighting a person

Love this product ! Simple but so effective. Great job on the design! I use it for fitness and stay active and this is working me more than I thought , especially when you move around and try to hit the ball. Very good for your eyes and hand!

Great MMA training tool ! I have used many products for training , I would say this is probably the most effective tool out there right now because you are training a lot of different skill sets

I bought this DVD a week ago, had the Vo Ball for awhile now and love it, thank you for coming out with this DVD and very in-depth on boxing. I really enjoy learning different boxing techniques and apply it to the Vo Ball.

Love this DVD! I just started boxing a few weeks ago and because of this DVD I’m way more advanced than most . Very detailed in the techniques and it’s awesome! Championship rounds are so challenging but I will get there! My accuracy is improving very quickly!

I bought 3 sets as gifts for our friends in martial arts, my husband decided to open one and placed it in his office as shown in one of your videos that we saw on Facebook. He says it’s one of the best things I’ve ever bought! We both have fun trying to hit each other with it and move out the way=) So simple, so fun and it really gets your body moving. Love your product!
